PAYMENT, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Legal zone will give 100 % efforts to deliver services to the customer and customer satisfaction is utmost important to legal zone despite all our efforts if you are not satisfied with our service you can get refund with subject to the following conditions.
Cancellation Policy In the event of cancellation of any paid consultation for which payment has been successfully made and a confirmation number has been generated, and the consultation has not been concluded due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason(s) we must be notified of the same in writing – by an email at email@example.com within 7 days from the date of payment made.
No refund can be provided to customer once service is booked but customer can get refund if legal zone failed to deliver the service booked at www.legalzone.biz
The refund cannot be provided to the customer for earned services because legal zone spent on hours,process fee,payment gateway charges,admin expenses,technology maintenance and cost of human resources and other resources.
The customer will get refund only after the deduction earned fee + fee paid to the government + fee paid to the third party + 20% cancellation fee and refund will be completed within 7 to 15 business working days.
